Danny Blaze hails from South London and has been a professional on the DJ club circuit since the late 90’s when he became resident DJ and Promotions Manager for The Gin Palace on London’s famous Old Kent Road before it closed in November 2001. Then he was asked to work with its competition directly across the road and became the resident DJ and Promotions Manager for Caesars before moving on to become General Manager for a late night club called The Scene, undertaking duties from DJ’ing, promotions, licensing duties and the day to day running of the venue.
Passionate and a real crowd pleaser, Danny plays right across the board from R’N’B, Vocal Garage, House, Deep House and Club Classics.
Over the years Danny has played for various promotions and brands including Trinity, Garage Nation, Nookie, Smoove, Climax, Z-Uncut, La Cosa Nostra and clubs including Ministry Of Sound, Scala, Liquid & Envy (Romford, Windsor, Luton, Uxbridge), Batchwood Hall, Pure, The Clapham Grand, Opera House, The Balcony (Isle Of Wight), Chameleon (Woking & Horsham), Blue Orchid, DV8, Amadeus (Kent), McCluskys (Kingston), Pals (Croydon), Branagan’s (Crawley), The Works (Kingston), Casino Rooms (Rochester), Bohos (Dulwich), Bedrock (Bromley), Coliseum, INC o2, White House and Hidden, as well as bookings abroad in Turkey, Greece and Spain.
On the flip side to music, Danny is also a “comedy-podcaster” with a top 10 comedy podcast on iTunes, which is not for the faint hearted.
